ITES and IT industries have significantly conferred and shared their exemplary contribution to the GDP, employment generation and foreign exchange earnings. The future face of the IT industry seems promising and bright in the country. There is a bunch of employment opportunities in the information technology sector. Problems Faced and Masked by the IT Industry

Irrespective of the mere fact that the demand of engineers is always higher than other professionals in the country, at times Indian IT industry is unable to hire talented and brilliant people. Many of them either don’t have in-depth knowledge of the IT industry or doesn’t fulfill industry’s defined norms and standards. Often, they lack good communication and spoken skills. The professionals need to be trained in such areas for their own betterment and growth of the country. Last but not least, in India IT and ITES sector has a booming and rising growth for sure and more youths have been attracted towards this arena in last few years.
